Florida Eye Specialists patient Kathy Pumphrey is one of more than 1,000 people in the Jacksonville area to get the new Light Adjustable Lens for her cataract surgery. This groundbreaking technology has allowed her to see without glasses for the first time.

Kathy sat down with local TV news station News4Jax to discuss her life-changing experience. She was joined by Dr. Christian Guier, Jacksonville optometrist at Florida Eye Specialists, who explained how the procedure works. Watch the full clip below for everything you need to know.
