With the Florida Eye Select program, you really work closely with a coordinator that you get to know, and who can customize your appointment schedule to your needs. It really can streamline the appointment day. I utilize the concierge program for two things. One is the scheduling — it’s a lot more convenient and easier to schedule my appointments. And secondly, if I have to change my appointments, they’re very accommodating. And then the wait times are significantly less: when you first come into the lobby, it may be 10 minutes, and then when you’re in the room, you’re done in 30 to 45 minutes total. Dr. Lott has always taken the time to give you the personal attention — to your eyes and what’s going on inside them, what you can look forward to, and what you’ve got to watch out for. So he’s always had that personal touch; I really like that about him. He takes very, very good care, and he’s very conscious about your eye and your eye care. They usually reach out to me via telephone call, text, and email, so I get all three; and if I have a question, I have a direct line to my care coordinator, which is so much easier than going through the call center.
